		<description>Thanks for this.  Great webcast.  Conventions give affiliates the opportunity to stand up and be noticed.  AM&#039;s work on a personal basis so even tough we attempt to be all digital, the human touch cannot be replaced through a &quot;poke&quot; online.  I highly recommend that affiliates ask networks they work with which shows they are going to and then scheduling time at booths, lunches or networking events with their AM&#039;s.  If you are  small publisher it is essential that you get noticed and these events are one of the best ways o do that.
